Management contracting

Management contracting is the complete transfer of an existing energy supply system to an energy service provider. This option is interesting particularly if a functional system is available that does not need to be renovated or replaced. With management contracting, the energy service provider is responsible for maintenance and repair, and for providing of energy and fuel. The energy service provider guarantees the functioning of the system and must correct any disruptions.

If the management contracting is formulated as savings contracting, then the energy service provider is responsible for the efficient operation of the system, the realization of savings potential and the implementation of optimizing measures. In this context the energy service provider guarantees energy savings.
