Put your project into the spotlight – by 15th June 2009

The economic crisis is not only a challenge for Austria but also a huge chance. Especially with innovative environmental technology – where our country already has a leading position worldwide.

These days there are already many technologies which on the one hand help save energy and on the other hand simultaneously improve mankind’s living comfort. It is essential that these are presented to the general public, that they are highlighted and awareness is raised.

Therefore we are again searching for outstanding environmental solutions for the Energy Globe Award 2009: projects which use our resources such as energy, water, etc. efficiently and economically or utilize renewable energy such as wind, the sun, environmental heat, biomass.

Submission deadline is the 15th June 2009. Further participation details and the entry form can be downloaded from here. Projects can be submitted online or by post to ENERGY GLOBE, Mühlbach 7, 4801 Traunkirchen.

Each project makes an important contribution – regardless if big or small!
Only through global cooperation can we tackle the energy and climate problems at issue and raise awareness, and sustainable projects are the solution!
